Very friendly technicians. Used corner guards. We have older carpeting that will soon be replaced, so I requested they not move furniture. They did a great job of cleaning and getting the surfaces cleaned, considering the age of the carpeting. I will definitely have Zero Rez out to do the rest of the house in the near future.
We liked the friendly service. They were informative and explained their products and procedures. They were clean and neat. They even shoveled the front sidewalk! We were really impressed! Thank you for the great job in cleaning the items we asked them to clean!

Techs did an excellent job and were fast and courteous.
Carpets were cleaned extremely well including high traffic areas that I didn’t think could come clean. The technician was very professional. Explained the entire process and carried it out very efficiently and effectively.

The carpet cleaning was excellent. It looks very nice. The gentleman doing the job was professional. We had used the company before and will again.
Have to wait and see how the results are. Carpets were not as wet as previous companies used. Wearing shoe covers. Representative seemed very knowledgeable about products and passionate about his job.
It's the best floor cleaning we've had and there was no overpowering chemical smell.

Your customer service is awesome. Your technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process and asked questions to make sure they understood my requests. They were also very efficient and were done in record time. My carpets, with the exception of one, have been in my home for 11 years. With these products and services, my carpets are so clean and fresh. You would think it was spring instead of January.

Carpets are clean and fresh without soap and chemicals.
Not try to continually try to up sell me on the protection spray when I stated 5 times I am putting my home up for sale in a month. He told me several times i need it and my carpet is starting to tear down. I built my home 2 yrs ago and it’s nearly new. I have a hard time believing it wasn’t just for more $

Staff is great, and it is very evident you spend quality time trying ensure your people are properly trained, and knows how to sell all of the products that you carry. These are all great things. I feel like the price is quite a bit higher than a lot of services and I don't know if I would TOTALLY feel comfortable recommend you for that very reason. Do you do great work, yes. Are your people great, yes. So if someone wants quality work with kind friendly staff that does a good job, then yes, I will recommend.

They look great now and I really appreciate it.
I left a message over the weekend, just hours after your technician left on Saturday, but never heard back. The huge ripples are gone, but the carpet is still much looser than it was. And now, completely CRUNCHY. So while I had very low expectations about getting the stains out (and those were not exceeded in any way) I didn’t expect for the integrity of the carpet to be compromised or the chemicals/soaps to be left in so that it now feels awful to the touch. If this is to be expected, and there’s some sort of “fix” I’m responsible for on my end, by all means let me know.... it certainly wasn’t mentioned to me at the time of the cleaning.
I love that it is safe for humans and pets with no chemicals for us to inhale. This was my first time using you and it was great. Our tech, which I can't remember her name was very nice and answered all my questions and wasn't upset when I added on an extra room last minute.
Please look up who she was and tell her how much I appreciate her kindness and patients.
