Friendly technicians, no chemicals
Zerorez is our go to for carpet cleaning because they do a great job, my carpets look fantastic, and they have great customer service!

The carpets and the chairs were cleaned to our satisfaction. The black scuff marks ( an abundant number of them ) on the newly painted baseboard were VERY disappointing and now require touch up paint. Before the cleaner left he asked if we wanted to look at the work and we did but we were focused on the carpet and not the baseboards so we did not point out the problem marks left.
Cleaner polite and answered questions. He protected corners but apparently did not have the apparatus or means to protect the baseboards.

Our technician, Matt was timely and efficient. He was courteous with our home and always wore booties which is not always the case with most of the service people we’ve had in the past. He showed me a few spots of carpet he had started on so I could see the difference in the clean vs dirty. Before he left he asked if I’d like a quote on any other cleaning services they offer which was great for me since I didn’t know they do most surfaces like hard wood, title and shower stalls.
Since we have young children whom primarily play and roll around on the carpets,I like that there is no residue or strong smell with cleaning products that you get from other companies.
No chemicals, no soap residue, great service.

That it leaves nothing behind but water! Especially with pets it puts my mind at ease knowing that we aren’t being exposed to a bunch of chemicals.

The staff is always friendly & they do a great job cleaning the carpets & making sure you are satisfied before they leave.
