I have ONLY used Zerorez to clean our carpets for at least the past 5 years, and have never needed a "revisit" until this last time for a particularly challenging dog urine spot. Owner Dave reacted immediately to my email (which I sent on SUNDAY!) to get my revisit scheduled. Kenna reached out to me early the following Monday to set the date.
Matt did a superb job in re-cleaning this area, and it looks spotless now and smells super fresh, as do the rest of the cleaned carpets which were done the previous week.
We are having a family gathering at the end of the month and another event with more people in early April, so to have fresh carpets to go with a clean home (the rest is on me ;-) will give us such peace of mind. Thank you once again, Zerorez!

Sevice was excellant. Tech arrived on time, ready to get started and gave me the important information that I needed to be able to complete job efficiently. Tech was knowedgeable, friendly, and professional. Carpets looked great and smelled great. The one area where there was a spot was totally cleaned and had disappeared when tech was finished.

We can’t get over how clean our house is now! We had carpets and tile cleaned. We are getting ready to welcome a baby and wanted to have the floors done so everything would be ready for her. The most surprising thing is how clean the grout is on the tile floors. Steve was so professional and did an amazing job. The services we had were worth the money!
The service was great. He did a great job spot treating our stains. Super friendly and wore his booties over his shoes. The entire process took about 2 hours for 90% of our home to be cleaned. We only left two rooms that we didn't clean. Will definitely use them again.
My tech was awesome. He showed up on time, was very helpful with educating me on products that would benefit my carpet and prolong the life span. Very kind and helpful. I will be scheduling an appointment 6 months from now!
