I was offered a limited time deal that had been promoted on the radio, even though I didn't quite meet the requirements. My cleaning appointment was easy to schedule and the tech that came into my home was prompt (called when she was 20 minutes away), courteous and professional. She explained the cleaning process in such a way that I didn't really have questions afterward. One reason I used Zerorez is because they use very hot water during the cleaning process as opposed to harsh chemicals. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

I would.
The ads you run on KBOI 670 is how I found you and believed the ad, so glad I called. Our carpets look brand new and several rooms are 10 years and one room upstairs if over 30 years does not get much traffic since it is a family room and our children are all gone so the grandchildren play up there occasionally. Great work

Your service men were SO NICE and helpful. We had moved all our furniture but I couldn’t move the excersize bike. One of your guys offered to move it and was very accommodating. They did a super job cleaning my carpets and protected all my corners so they wouldn’t get dinged. VERY VERY NICE GUYS!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaning went much faster than we anticipated which is probably why we still have stains. Our master bedroom closet was not completed and I had to ask if it was done then it was rused through. I paid a lot of money and will not be recommending this company to anyone.
