Matt was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. The cleaning was excellent. Matt even managed to make presentable one carpet with a lot of ground-in dirt. We were also pleased that he came early in the time window.

You are pretty expensive -I’ve never paid this much for a carpet cleaning before. I will recommend your company but will explain that it’s very very expensive!

Good communication
The second visit to get residual urine/product out was semi successful. When I went to put my furniture down today there were more sticky spots that had risen from the second cleaning. I treated and scrubbed myself. The first time I used zerorez it was AWESOME. This time after two cleanings it was still not so awesome.
I was amazed at how well the stains were lifted from the carpet. Using these services helped me avoid getting brand new carpets. Awesome!

The technician was extremely thorough in explaining the process and the cost. He did a couple of extra jobs (for a fee) for me and I appreciate his flexibility.
Definitely the most professional carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Not convinced the carpets are cleaned BETTER than anyone else but the professionalism is what made the difference. A bit pricey but ...................
I am very happy with my Zerorez carpet cleaning. My carpet is old and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The carpet now looks so much better. The technicians, Nick and Matt, were very pleasant to work with. Nick was very informative and helped me to know exactly what I could expect. They even removed a red stain that I had given up on a long time ago. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, Zerorez!
