The job was ok. I did like that the carpets dried pretty quickly and there was no wet carpet smell to deal with while it was drying out.

Be more consistent with your pricing. We have used your service for three years with our cleaning areas remaining the same for each year. Between year one and two, the price increased $10.70. However this year the quoted price was a $68 increase. We questioned Austin about the HUGE increase and he dropped it $30, which is still $38 increase over last year. Can you explain this? Any further increase will discourage us from using your service.
