Efficient and neat is how i would describe the man who came to clean my carpets. He got three stains out that I thought were permanent. Very happy

I was charged twice... Once for someone else’s service and then again for mine. I do not see a refund issued yet. I would like that money back.
Thank you for your comments- there was a mistake made in charging you, which was corrected within minutes of the mistake being made. The transaction was voided on our end, and you are waiting on your bank now. You were only ever actually charged once. It happening on a Saturday afternoon, it will take time for the credit to appear on your statement.
