We are very happy with how everything went. We were called ahead of time. The representative was polite, answered all our questions and explained all services requested and offered more. He was very respectful of our home and did a great job. The price was reasonable for the size of home we have. We would recommend your services to anyone we know.

I was charged twice... Once for someone else’s service and then again for mine. I do not see a refund issued yet. I would like that money back.
Thank you for your comments- there was a mistake made in charging you, which was corrected within minutes of the mistake being made. The transaction was voided on our end, and you are waiting on your bank now. You were only ever actually charged once. It happening on a Saturday afternoon, it will take time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Steve B did a fantastic job but it also illustrated that the same job could have and should have been done originally. That would have prevented the need for a highly negative review and then a return visit. 0 to 5 seems like a big overall improvement and was mainly because Steve's performance rated a 10.
