For the money, being charged extra for each spot above the basic cost of the cleaning is ridiculous. . The overall cleaning process was inadequate and using a Bissell home cleaner would likely have been better at removing spots.

I did not necessarily think that the carpet cleaning was anything above and beyond, aside from the time to dry....that was nice. What was really special was the knowledge base and friendly demeanor that the employee had. It was great to work with someone that had by best interests in mind and who also provided quality work. That everything is environmentally friendly to my family, and that soap/detergent or anything else that will leave a residue isn’t used on our carpet.
