They did a great job cleaning our carpets, and the technician was very nice and professional.
Very professional & really liked how my carpets looked when he was done.
Steve B did a fantastic job but it also illustrated that the same job could have and should have been done originally. That would have prevented the need for a highly negative review and then a return visit. 0 to 5 seems like a big overall improvement and was mainly because Steve's performance rated a 10.

For the money, being charged extra for each spot above the basic cost of the cleaning is ridiculous. . The overall cleaning process was inadequate and using a Bissell home cleaner would likely have been better at removing spots.
