I am the kind of guy to not use fabric softeners in my laundry. I like when things have a neutral smell. I appreciate that you use non scented stuff and that my carpets are cleaned without leaving junk behind in it. It's awesome and I'm very impressed with both the service, and the hospitality.

I hadn't had my carpets cleaned for a number of years so I finally made the appointment - the technician called in the morning and indicated a reasonably specific arrival time and was there within that 30 minute window. The technician was polite, efficient and thorough (I believe his name was Eric) and when he was finished my carpet looked brand new! I am very happy with the service and the technician - if I owned a business that needed someone who really cared about their work I might have tried to hire him away from you!
I've been using ZeroRez for 10 years in different homes and businesses. I wouldn't be a repeat customer if it weren't for their excellent work.

My first experience with you was very satisfactory. However I usually do not refer a business until I have used a service more than once. My daughter referred me to you and that was helpful. You were able to help us out on short notice after have an unfortunate stain on our carpet that I did not want to touch as I knew that might present bigger problems. While you came to do the carpet stains I was pleased to be able to have 3 recliners cleaned as well and they too look great. Thank you!

After discussion with your staff I opted to not proceed at this point. Our carpet is very old and we are going to replace it rather than clean it. I don't know how long it has been down but it is past time to replace. He was very helpful and I appreciate his honesty.

Zerorez is very nice and their online reservation system was easy to use. I was glad they offered shower tile cleaning as an add-on to carpet cleaning. They walked through the house, made suggestions and followed up when done.

Every single stain came up from my rug cleaning. The service man was very thorough, polite, and quick. I like the idea of not having chemical on my carpet and just using water. Safer and cleaner for my family and health. Thank you zero Rez.
Second time we have had ZeroRez come. Matt did a great job explaining everything beforehand and making sure we fully understood. Couch looks great and so does our carpet. On time and took a little less time than Matt explained.
Because of needing only a bedroom and closet carpet cleaned, and upholstery, I also had a good experience via text because it was difficult to schedule online. I was well taken care of.
