I’d give Zerorez a 10 for professionalism, friendliness, and overall cleaning quality. The only reason I’m not giving a full perfect score is that the carpets seemed overly saturated during the cleaning process, which unfortunately left behind some water staining afterward. Overall, the team was great to work with, but I do think a little more attention to moisture control during the cleaning would improve the final result.
Customer service is always accommadating and the service techs always do a great job!

Worker appeared to be very knowledgeable and answer our questions. Tried to get the carpets as dry as possible before he leaves.
Tech asked to hookup his phone to our WiFi, strange!
Tech never explained anything, had problems with equipment, waiting for parts from another van. Because he had equipment issues felt like he rushed out cleaning. Must have leaked bunch of water in our bedroom never warned us, 24 hours later still not dry. Not impressed with this Tech.
The solutions used are more natural & leave little residue
We have been using Zerorez for years, from a business we used to own, to our church, to our home, and even our vehicles! They have always been highly professional, prompt, courteous and personable.
Their results always amaze us! Carpets look like they were just installed; dingy furniture looks brand new; the same for the car upholstery.
Another thing we appreciate is the "dry time" - other companies' work took up to 3-4 days before it was finally fully comfortable to walk on, but with Zerorez, we were back to normal in a day.
These guys are the best, bar none.

Zerorez has been my "go to" for years. Victor represents your company well.
Jonathan was very respectful and thorough, checking to make sure I was satisfied with the job he did. He did spot treatments for pet urine, but it took two trips to my house for the odors to be completely eliminated. However, I was grateful that I was not charged extra for the second trip out. It would have been 10 stars if the urine stains and odor had been completely eliminated after the first service. Thank you for standing by your work to ensure the customer is satisfied.
The technician said the carpets would be dry in 4-5 hours. We went back to the house to close windows and turn off the fans 8 hours later and the carpets in some rooms were still wet.
Marshall did a very good job on my carpet. He is very respectful to my home and to myself. That is one of the highest things I look for when I'm looking to have someone do anything around my home. He takes his time and does a very good job with a lot of care. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
