I'm so glad you asked: It's your people who made the determining factor for all the products and services I have contracted over the years. They are absolutely tops. So professional, knowledgeable and informative. I never feel dumb when I call them...although, I'm betting some of my questions fit in that dumb category. I want to be sure you understand this applies to the delivery person for oil/propane; the technicians to service my furnace, the scheduling department for appointments and the office staff. Downeast is lucky to have such quality personnel.
We always receive oil in a timely manner. The delivery people are always pleasant. We have had great service on our furnace also.

When I telephone with a question or a concern, I am able to speak with a pleasant and helpful person without having to “press one” or go through lots of steps. You deliver on time. You honor your service contracts and get someone here to help as quickly as possible. I could go on and on, but the essence is that you provide the :old fashioned” services that are almost nonexistent today, and i truly hope you will. Be able to continue to do that! Bravo to you all!!

When calling for service, if you get Chelsea on the line, I guarantee you will be taken care of. She is the best, and follows through. She did not have an answer for me, but told me she would check and get back to me. Sometimes its the little things that are said and the way they are said that make a world of difference. Treat the customer as you would want to be treated. Be up front and honest. If only all companies would follow that.
