I am an out-of-state home owner and this was my 1st winter. Unfortunately I ran out of fuel and the pipes froze. Downeast Energy filled the tank within a week, primed the furnace and then took the trouble to lock the door I had asked a relative to leave open the day they delivered service. Excellent service and caring.
Most of your client services people are wonderful. Occasionally I encountered one who is not, and it is disheartening. After 30 years I have learned to find one of your client service people who is helpful and everything works out. Your delivery is prompt and reliable.
