I've been a customer for over 25 years. I'm happy with the service, fair prices and most of all their attention to safety!
I submitted my request for propane via my online account. The autoreply indicated I would receive confirmation of my order via email within 24 hours. I received no confirmation email after 6 days so I called my local branch, she then placed my request into the system and I received my delivery of propane within 10 days. The employee was very nice and professional, and I appreciated her apology, but it seems there is a problem with the online request system.

Your customer service staff is usually, but not always, polite, well-spoken and helpful in solving a problem or answering a question. Your delivery services are outstanding, specifically in the automatic fuel delivery aspect which assures me that I will never be without fuel, winter or summer. Your repair servicemen are unfailingly polite and professional as well as skilled. Downeast is clearly the best in the business.
