We had not set up our commercial account correctly - didn't know we needed to change it when we bought the building. As a result, we ran out of propane and it was 59 degrees in our office. Your representatives were able to personally assist in a speedy account set-p and your delivery personnel arrived within a couple of hours following. Thank you for this exemplary customer service.

We had propane delivered this week to fill an empty tank, the delivery guy was courteous and efficient. After he left we noticed a smell by the tank, we called the office just to be safe. They said they would send someone out to check, that their closest person was in Lewiston, but he would head over. 10 minutes later (Instead of 40) someone showed up. Apparently someone who was in the office when our call came in decided he would come over to check it out. He was was so helpful, explained fully what was going on and put our fears to rest. It was 5 star service all around.
