About 2 weeks ago my furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year so far. I have a service contract so I called and was told that a technician would call me within a half hour. He did and he said he would be over within a half hour. He was. The service technicians name I believe was Tyler. He was here for a while maybe 1 and a half to 2 hours. He was not going to leave until that furnace was running the way it should. I was impressed with his product knowledge and his work ethic.
Kim! She is smart, attentive and gracious. Not many people can turn a service call or email into a delightful exchange that gives a client pleasure while also yielding the desired results - and that’s what Kim does!

Prompt and friendly service
We use propane through Downward Energy and it covers our generator, boiler, and stove. They are always helpful and come right away when I have a problem.
Budget plan and dependable delivery.
I have been a customer for more than twenty years and have had only top-notch service from Downeast. On the few occasions I have needed help with my furnace, ZOOM! Someone is there. The delivery guy is always polite and friendly, and i never have to worry that my tank will run dry.

Have never been disappointed with " pre buy" on propane! . It has been a great benefit to my life schedule. Have used lumber division and been very happy. Questions art respectively answered in a timely fashion.
So far everyone we have spoken to in customer service have been very helpful and have a wonderful demeanor. I will say it can be a wait on the phone to get a hold of someone but overall not too bad

Staff has been always helpful when I call. No problem too big for them to solve. (It will be nice when we can do business in person again.) In the past when I've been a customer, deliveries were always punctual and so I never worried about being cold. That's why I am glad to have moved and be able to use the service you provide once again.
