The people you have on the phones are SO helpful...and the driver Scott is a DELIGHT! The only reason you're not a solid 10 is because I get a pretty nice rate due to my HOA fees....but I worry about if it goes up and how people can afford. Especially with a Winter as crazy cold so far as this one.
But as far as people working there - you have some gems!

I can get my propane when I need it. Service is very transparent and there is no interruption to what I am doing at the moment. Perfect!

Replacement of old furnace with a new one and arrived in middle of night when something went wrong… no waiting. Regular delivery of oil since 1991. Good people doing the annual furnace check prior to covid.

Good pricing. Good customer service --- when I call, someone picks up the phone and is there to resolve issues/requests/questions.

Easy to work with as far as billing options, e.g. Credit Card, Check... etc + a reasonable time given to pay bill.

I do not like having to pay a Hazmat Fee.. I view that as a paying for nothing.

I like that I can pay for my oil in monthly installments. I also like that you have automatic fill-ups so I don't have to remember to check how much oil is still in the tank myself. I like your service. I needed to call once in the 15 years I have lived here and I got immediate, friendly service. I like that you are an in-town business.

What do you like about our products and services?

Downeast Energy is always there when I need them, even when emergencies happen like an almost empty tank in the winter. The drivers are friendly and their service on my furnace is excellent.
