First of all I want to thank the crew that worked underneath my house. I wish I had all the names but I do have two of them: Matthew and Firman.

This is strictly feedback for Brad, my pest control technician. He has been very polite and cordial, and has appeared to be thorough in his application of my green treatment. When I called the company to let them know I was concerned because I was suddenly seeing a lot of mosquitos after the initial treatment, Brad returned and repeated the process. My only reservation is to see if the treatments work.
Technician is always pleasant and thorough on arrival asking if I have issues that need to be addressed.

Great Customer Services and very professional, kind and courteous.
The technician was extremely polite to my mother and appeared to be very thorough in his work. It was like night and day after the initial service. The wasps, carpenter bees, and mosquitoes were no longer present when I landscaped today. The technician also removed the spider webs in front of my perimeter cameras. Spiders seem to be gone too. My mom asked that Taji Jackson be our preferred technician. Thanks for the great service.
First, the services WORK. The bugs are gone and with your regular service they do not come back. Second, the communication is excellent. We get advance notice, and another communication the morning of our service. This is important and we appreciate it.

The technician is always polite and calls ahead to let me know when they'll arrive, and they always ask about any additional services we might need them to check on (new pest infestation, etc), which is really helpful!

Sarah (Sara?) in wildlife scheduling has been very responsive, empathetic, helpful, and has ensured that we get help with our rodent issues in a very timely manner. She’s been infinitely patient with my calls.
Connor, Malakai, John, have all been amazing in addressing my concerns, being respectful, and relentlessly trying to solve for the issues we’ve had ongoing.
Alex continues to be a dream with our quarterly service and dealing with carpenter bees and mosquitos.

The service Technician Steve has been servicing my home for quite some time and he is very easy to work with and takes care of all of my needs. We have been using Northwest for monthly (now quarterly) pest control, wildlife protection and also attic insulation. All good stuff! Highly recommended!
I was so pleased with Robert Daughtery who serviced my home since 2004 until 2024. Very responsive and so kind…and then Luke took his place last spring and I have been equally pleased with his readiness to address my concerns and he is very pleasant in his communication. I like that I can call anytime for repeat treatment. I’ve also had wildlife service for squirrels in the past which wasn’t ideal because squirrel problems recurred so I cancelled that, but pest/termite control, mosquito control and now mole control are going well. Feb started mole treatment and that finally seems controlled in the past month. The service staff on the phones are great.
