As an 18-year customer it would be nice to hear from the people who manage and lead. It would be nice to receive an occasional customer thank you letter.

Dependable, friendly efficient technician, great results
The main reason I stick with Northwest is Jody Allred. Several years back I had a house that I was selling in Dallas, Georgia and we found out it had some termite damage. Jody came out and personally made sure that it was properly repaired which was a very big deal to me. I have another house in Acworth and when we decided to encapsulate the crawlspace I told my wife that I wanted Northwest to do it because of the work ethic that we experienced with Jody. To my surprise Jody showed up at my house to begin the cleanup of the crawl space himself. I told him of my experience at my other house but I’m pretty sure that he didn’t remember me but that’s ok. The encapsulation of the crawlspace turned out great and we are absolutely thrilled over it. Every person working on it went above and beyond and also answered every question that I had.
I wish that Northwest was in North Georgia and North Carolina so that you could handle my properties there. I fully trust your company to do the job that you say you will.
