Always welcomed in. The staff listens to my concerns or changes even with the notes i have on file. They do offer me product to try and help me. I do not always buy though but appreciate what they have to say.

Tell your hairstylists to listen and do what the customer wants. Some just cut how they want and disregard how the customer want their cuts.
