Convient
normally fast service without a long wait time. Stylists are very good at listening and doing what the customer wants. Good attitudes and my store has really improved with the friendly and supportive staff they have now and are back to what they were in the past. Very good place to go for a trim or cut.
this is my regular (only) place i get my hair cut. they have my information on record, always ask if it is correct and provide a quick, quality cut. they always do extra as well (tidying up the eyebrows and any other rogue hairs). products are quality.

I like the remote login from the app. Being able to login on the way to the shop and see how you stand in the queue is a great advantage than having to wait until you arrive and find that you have a two hour wait ahead. I also like the fact that the stylists have information about my previous haircut and it speeds up time I am in because I don’t have to explain what I like. The stylists are also very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

The hairstylist made several mistakes which cause me to go elsewhere to try to correct. I explained to her that my sides were undone, the top was badly uneven, and my neckline was crooked. She only made it worse. I payed and left… never to return again!
