My haircut was fine. It's just how the 2 young ladies that were working that day lack professionalism and were talking poorly about customers. I also waited almost an hour when usually there's a short wait period. I will possibly try this location again. I'd also appreciate this to be anonymous.

I have my favorite stylist.... and a very good second choice. My experience with the others has been very iffy at best.... More consistency in your stylist's skills and better retention of stylists would help.

The stylist Vina is very kind does a great job cutting my grandsons hair. She know that one of them is very picky about how his hair is cut and she makes sure it is what he want. She takes her time cutting their hair.

People and service is outstanding. However the app for getting on the lineup is terrible. Twice I clicked to join the lineup and when I showed up my name was not on it.
Nothing really to improve. I had a great experience, Sports Clips just isnt for everyone. Once again Hannah did a phenomenal job with my hair cut. I feel like I have finally found someone that when it asks if you want someone in particular, I will look to see if she is available and try to get in with her. She listens to my requests and does what I ask.
Toni is awesome. She is personable, a fantastic personality and the only reason I drive out of my way to go to the tomball store. Give this woman a raise!
