The Ultimate MVP is always the best experience, great hot towel treatment, relaxing wash, and the massage. Having Elyssa as my stylist makes it even better. She’s skilled, attentive, and consistently delivers an amazing beard trim. Definitely a grand slam in my book!

The app needs work. It lacks user friendly capabilities. Way to basic it only allows you to add yourself to the "line up" but lacks in the ability to schedule a time. This leads to a back up when you get to the actual shop.
I've yet been completely satisfied with my haircut. It is close but not right. I explain what I want and no stylist has been able to do it right. Part of the problem is I keep getting a different stylist everytime I go. Very difficult to form a connection with one preferred stylist.
Great haircut. I love the hot towel and the massage. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would easily give the entire experience a 15.
Lu is the best. If she’s not there I don’t go
My fav stylist, Sveta, is just outstanding! But then all of the stylists are very skilled, friendly, courteous and great at what they do. I really enjoy ever visit.

Molly at the Clear Lake (148 Bay Area Blvd) store did a great job. This was my first visit to this location. She looked up the notes in the computer system, asked a few clarifying questions and cut my hair perfectly. I will be back. Thank you Molly!
