The lady that cut my hair appeared like she didn’t know what she was doing. I have been to SportsClips several times over the past 10+ years and this was the first time I had to tell the stylists to stop. Make things worse she cut my hair way to short and I made it a point not to cut it too short. I most cases the stylists will ask if I’m okay with the length or do I want to take more off. In addition, she was using the electric clippers on my face as if she was trying to shave me. I asked her what are doing, that I don’t have hair on my face. As she said was “oh I’m sorry “. I end up walking out and going somewhere else to have them try to fix my haircut. I will not be going back to SpirtsClips ever again.
The past haircuts in your system are wrong. The stylist who saw me this time spoke very little English. I tried to explain what I wanted and that it was not what was on the piece of paper she had. She did not understand me and even though she acted like she did I got a haircut that was terrible. She spent 30 minutes lining up my hair. She chopped my sideburns without asking. Didn’t ask what I wanted on the back. It was just a terrible experience.
