I went in the sports clips Beaumont Texas for in between line up ears neck and face not cutting of hair and a beard trim no super shaver no serious detailing . i was charged $27.00 for this service which which in my experience with sport clips is not the right price. i am known to tip well. i get home my wife has to fix my neck because it is not straight . The person who cut my hair is the assistant manager very disappointing.

I took my 12 year old son for a trim. We couldn’t decide on the number so I pointed on a model that was on the wall/ceiling. I had to run back to my truck bc my younger son was in there.
I walked back into the store and I was unbelievably shocked that she shaved my son’s hair!! It’s even shorter than a buzz cut. I didn’t want that. My son told me she even told him , she made a mistake doing his hair and she had to continue shaving. I would love to show you a picture. My son was crying the rest of the day. I did not know her name, she was the first left seat. Very bad English. This should never happen! Very disappointed.

I’ve been to several SC locations, and I’ll continue to visit when I’m in need of an haircut and my regular barber is not available, but my latest experience was a letdown. This particular haircut was not done well, and I had to go to another provider the next day to get everything cleaned up.
