Your representative/tech was fantastic! Very professional - AND HE SPOKE ENGLISH!!! It's so refreshing to have work done, and the rep speaks ENGLISH!
He was able to add on an area w/an immediate quote for the small addition, he worked methodically and LOGICALLY, and accomodated my work-from-home situation while he cleaned each and every room in the house.

The process you had for detailing my rugs was very thought through. Your employee was friendly and went out of his way to help me figure put how to tackle some of my toughest stains. The process was just so simple and quick. Can't say enough about my wonderful experience. Price was fair, and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the need.
