We had a cleaning on a 100% wool area rug. There were not stains to speak of on the rig just a little more dirty in the high traffic areas. There was one small spot where some cancer wax had spilled. It looked exactly the same after the procedure . Logan our tech indicated that the fiber could not be cleaned further. It seemed like there wasn’t much elbow grease out into it. In fact, my husband was able to lift the wax up with our iron and an old pillowcase when he came home from work. Disappointed.

Our technician was amazing - so kind, thorough and concerned about our satisfaction with services.
Jimmy came here today to do touch up work on the kitchen floor. He decided the dirt on the grout was just shadows and did not clean it properly. I know this because of the wonderful job that the tech did the first time I had you come here. Then Jimmy poured sealer on the floor. He had so many puddles of sealer we had to take towels and mop it up. Both our dogs walked in the sealer and had terrible reactions. Fortunately we were able to treat the dogs per our vets advice.
