Our technician, Lucas, provided professional and efficient service with a sparkling outcome! The use of hydrologized water and non-toxic production aligns with my environmental health goals.
The carpet cleaning was completely free of harsh chemicals or strong odors—just fresh, clean carpets!
Customer service was outstanding. Justin called while on his way and kept me updated during the cleaning, even pointing out difficult areas. Unlike other companies I’ve used, where carpets were left damp for days, Zerorez left mine clean and dry in no time. I highly recommend their services!

I had my carpets cleaned and loved that the products you use are water based and cleaned up a couple stubborn stains I had. I can’t even tell they were there now. The products used had a fresh scent and it was pet friendly. The technician was professional and friendly. He had great customer service skills. He explained the whole process and suggested a few other treatments and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
