My appointment was easy to make (within the week), communications before, during, and after were excellent, prices reasonable, and execution exceeded expectations. My service provider, Justin G., could not have been more affable and efficient! I would give him a “11”!

Zerorez is always polite, professional, knows their product. This last time they came out I really did not think they would be able to get the stains out of my carpet that my grandchildren help create. But they did and my carpet looks amazing. I have used other carpet cleaning companies several years ago, but now Zerorez is the only company I will use and I recommend them all the time to family and friends.

The smell from the cleaning solution was so strong that I had to go outside.
The last time I used ZeroRez, the tiles were cleaned, grout sealed, all came out looking new - shiny, smooth and clean. This time, there was a residue leftover that sticks to my flip flops; the floors feel as though there is a thin film left over from cleaning. The tiles do not feel smooth to the touch, rather sticky compared to the tiles not cleaned. In fact, there was some sort of dried substance left over, found in different surface areas under the couch of which took scrubbing to remove (like dried up salt). The service rep was professional, polite, nice and knowledgeable about products so I’m not sure why there remains a film. I washed the floors, by hand, with vinegar and water, 24 hours after the cleaning and still am not able to take up the entire product.
I do not use product on my floors so know it’s not from floor cleaning products. I only use vinegar and water, and clean by hand, which in itself is a tough job.
