The technician was great and provided amazing service. He thoroughly explained the process and the floors in our home look like new.

Lucas was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and good at his job. When my cat was sick, apparently there was more urine on the couch than we thought. Because I’m still smelling the odor on the couch and the mini loveseat. Any chance someone can come back out? I think they both need one more going over.

I like the fact that the team is professional knows what they are doing. Very neat and clean when working. We have used Zero Rez twice at our office and we use them at our home. Justin and Matt were great and did a real nice job.
