It was a long day for the 4 crews you sent to do the Social Security Building
in Melbourne. I came back on Monday to go over all the cleaning done.
I would like to brag on the work Zerorez did. The the VCT cleaning and waxing was
great. The ceramic tile in the bathrooms, Employee lounge, and the lobby has not
look as good since it was put down some 13 years ago. As for the carpet tile, I am
amazed how well that clean-up. I appreciate the hard work and the fact that the entire
21,000 sq/ft was completed in one day. In closing, I think the best form of advertising, is
word of mouth, 4 government employees approached me and asked for Zerorez's contact information. Great job!!

I don't feel like the carpet is as clean as it could have been. The edge--where the carpet meets the tile--is dirty and at different times of the day with the lighting, it doesn't look pristine or that clean.
