Very nice and knowledgeable tech named Adam. However the next day after he left and carpets dried - - - the Stains in both the furniture and the white carpet showed back up again- as if they were not cleaned.

Professional technician went to work immediately and kept in the loop during the cleaning process. Only negative, the drying time for the carpet took 12 hours not 6.
The results are amazing. They were abale to lift stains that have been there for years and the dry time is half of what conventinal carpet clearning companies require.The tech, Adam, was so professional, polite and thourough I highly recomend this company.
