Your tech did a great job! He even got out some years-old blood stains that I didn't know were in the carpet. Hopefully next time my dog will let him pet her. ;-)
Great service
Keshaun called ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he communicated what he planned to do, how he would do it, and set overall expectations. He could not have been more friendly and offered advice how to maintain our area rugs going forward. We had 2 rugs cleaned; 1 with stains from mishaps from the dog. We were very satisfied with the outcome.
Zerorez cleaned my extra big sectional, a sofa, and some chairs. Adam was knowledgeable and very careful with cleaning each of the different fabrics. He was very professional.Thank you Adam for an amazing job!
Keyshawn did an amazing job of cleaning our couch - looks like new! He is very professional and friendly and I would recommend him for your next cleaning project. We will have him back to do our carpets.
