Keshaun was great to work with. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. The carpet looks like new and I know it was a tough job. We had a lot of stains on our carpets from pets.
My floors look beautiful, and Customer Service is outstanding
It was simple to schedule my cleaning. Anthony called when on his way. My tile cleaning was scheduled for 11am-2pm as I requested and Anthony arrived shortly after 11 am. He was very polite and did a great job cleaning my tile floors and grout.

I’m not sure how long the rug cleaning should take, but i was surprised that it didn’t take longer. I was a little disappointed that the rugs didn’t look much better than before the cleaning. I was pleased how quickly they dried afterwards.

Since this was my 3rd time using Zerorez I truly love their services. I’ve so really bad stains that they were able to clean when some others could not. Easy to schedule and they show up when they say they will.
Friendly Technician- beautiful results - better than the last two visits
The service technician, Anthony, call about a half hour before he arrived. He surveyed what was to be done and got his equipment out and clean the carpets. He answered a few questions that I had about carpet care. I like that he was prompt when he came here and set them out, and did the work in a timely manner.
I like the fact that your products are mostly natural based and the smell fresh without behaving a perfume smell My cleaning technician was very informative, friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend your company to others.
The technian was pleasant and careful with moving equipment through the house. Carpeting cleaned up very nicely even with some dirty spots and stains.
My knowledgeable technician’s name was Keshaun. He did a fabulous job for me and was an excellent communicator. He cleaned the carpets and tile in the house I had been renting for 2 years and then drove to house I had recently purchased and took my large area rug back to the Zerorez warehouse for cleaning. The carpets and tiles looked like new when he was finished at the rental. Keshauan delivered my area rug to my new house 2 weeks later and it looked like new. He gave me all the cleaning and pricing information I needed to make decisions on the cleaning process at the rental and also made decisions about cleaning the area rug that ultimately worked out for the best. It was a job well done thanks to Keshaun.
