Shout-out to Justin—he was able to get my vinyl floors and carpet clean in a couple of hours after I had a cat temporarily stay with me. The floors and couch look brand new, and are free from cat hair! This was a huge undertaking since I'm allergic to the hair and couldn't deep clean myself. Justin also mentioned that Zerorez does showers, and was able to modify my request on the spot to leave my subway tile spotless. 100% recommend this business! All my rugs looked amazing. I was not happy to pay for pre treatment and dog protection spray for $ 80.00 each! Really it was in a spray bottle worth maybe 5.00? I had one room, stairs and a landing and area rug for over $300? As good as it looks I will shop around next time. I thought you should know this.

My carpets are clean and dry very quickly. What I like the most is the quality of the people that you have working for you. Everyone has been super polite, clean cut and prompt. I trust you in my home.

Technicians were friendly, professional very careful. The sofa and carpet were clean and free of that soapy feeling the other guys leave behind. Everything dried quickly and with out that stiff feeling and just cleaned smell. First time we have actually been wowed buy a cleaning service.
