The entire cleaning experience was excellent from booking to talking through options with Nick and him educating me on what he can do to get certain spots clean and then making it look like a new place. Would highly recommend and use again.

There was stains remaining on the bedroom floor. The technician did not make any attempt to remove them even after I asked him about it. His response was, those stains are probably from moving furniture. No attempt whatsoever to remove the stains. Packed up his equipment and left.
