It was easy to make an appointment online. Response and communications were quick and very professional. The technicians....Alberto and Nick were wonderful to work with. They were very thorough and professional. Alberto explained all the options for cleaning the badly pet-stained carpet and rug. He asked great questions about what we wanted.
After the carpet was cleaned, we were both astonished at how wonderful it looked....it looks like new!

Under-promised, over-delivered. Our carpet was very dirty and 99% was removed. Some of the stains were fairly old too. The worker was very friendly.
