I like the minimal amount of solution that is used in the cleaning process. My carpets look great and we’re dry in 4-5 hours! Excellent service too!
Excellent service, great technicians
Your tech was very friendly, But the reason I had my carpets cleaned was to get out several spots. Almost all of the original spots are now visible again. I would appreciate it if you would send someone to my home to remove these stains.

Tile and grout cleaning was amazing! I had no idea our grout was originally cream colored. It looked terracotta/brown when we moved in. This cleaning service was simply amazing. And I love that is was all accomplished without a bunch of harsh chemicals. We will certainly be using this service again in the future. Thank you Zerorez! Not sure. The first time we used Zerorez it was the best carpet cleaning we ever had. This time it was marginal. We cleaned up some spots that your process did not take care of.

My technician, Justin was outstanding. He was diligent, thorough, vacuum /cleaned all vents and all debris on floor. He then confirmed that the ac unit was not discharging any particles. Additionally, assisted when I changed the AC filter. His work ethic is excellent. A great experience and amazing service!
