Reliability and friendly service
Once the winter season starts, I am on automatic delivery until the end of winter. But I can still get a delivery if it’s still cold out. I used to be able to sign on to my account and check my usage but now for some reason that is not working and I hope it is fixed soon.
Quick response! Plus the people on the phone and the technicians were so patient and open to sharing and explaining what was happening. Really appreciate that!

I’m on automatic delivery. It’s always there when I need it. I don’t have to think about it at all. When you send me the bill. I have paid early get the discount. I’ve never had any loss of heat because they’re not having enough fuel. You’ve always been very pleasant and snow or whatever winter you’ve always been able to get the tank with no problems so I’m just thankful I never have to think about it
