I chose freeman because it was local. My previous supplier had been sold to AmeriGas. I didn’t want to deal with a big company. Now Freeman has been sold to Superior and now I have to deal with them.

Shawn delivered my propane immediately. I said I was down to 2 %. I had not been here in Murphy for 2 years gone (death of son, August, death of husband September, hurricane Milton struck my home ( I live in Sarasota, Florida & have a small place in Murphy, NC) called my previous (Am….Gas) Propane for years, they were to busy and I needed help now…They wanted $300 for “Emergency delivery”. I’m an 82 year old widow.
As I said, I tried another company and they were a week or more before they could deliver. I was here alone in this cabin with a small portable heater that I put in my bedroom and shut the door and stay there for days until I got a hold of Freeman gas They immediately got in contact with me and set up a delivery so very fast.

I agree to all the above and would like you to rearrange it so it appears professional and nice because you guys are wonderful and I don’t know what I would do without you, I was freezing for two weeks with no propane from the other company. As long as the local customer can talk to and work with Victoria - I will / would recommend Freeman. But if customers are forced to go through corporate to get service I would NOT recommend you. The local people do a great job at servicing their local customers!!
