I don't care for your communication skills but the driver you sent with my propane was the best. It took you 12 days for you to deliver my propane. The only reason you did it was it was going to get to 15 on Sunday night. I will be looking to see if there are those that can deliver better than you. Freeman used to bring it out next day after you ordered but last year it took 7 days to get you here and this year we are up to 12 days. Freeman was customer friendly and that has slipped with the sale.

I like the monthly payment option so my tank will be automatically filled. I just had knee replacement surgery and received an email that my tank was being filed. It was a blessing to me not to have to worry about heat.
You keep things automatically and I don't need to track my gas needs and request refills.
