I had never used propane for my gas needs until I moved to Ellijay. Your tech, Brian, came this week to refill our propane tank. He was very courteous and allow me to observe as he explained refilling the tank. He provided me insight into the process and the reading of the valve.

Norton Security barred my SuperiorPropane.com login which was very inconvenient. So, I called and waited 20 minutes for a person. He explained that the heating season is becoming crowded but why haven't you allowed for that in advance. Have you fixed the Norton false negative bar? Once my service delivery four days after my request I was very happy!

They deliver when it is necessary and check often the tank. The best part is their ease of payment through the Superior APP online.

Your service person, Franky, is great. He helped us figure out the problem with the pressure connecting our new tank to the lines at our church. He spent plenty of time and methodically worked through the situation. He was able to hook up the tank, and we had a warm, comfortable church on Sunday.
I believe we are going to be very happy with Superior providing out propane service.
