Freeman Gas is wonderful to work with. They have one problem and that is keeping their trucks running. Since Superior took over the service and customer service has gone south. The people managing the phones can be very gruff and really don’t seem to care about the customers. Not Freeman customer service. Superior is mimicking big business & money which takes away the personal aspect.

I appreciate that price match for loyal customers and the guy that came to fill my tank after I let it go to zero was so helpful. He went through my appliances with me to make sure they all worked properly and the fireplace was causing a bit of a struggle at it took about 10 min of letting the air out before the gas came through again. I’ll make sure to never let it go to zero again.

I particularly liked the lady I spoke to on the phone who was so kind and helpful to this old lady.
I do not have a smart phone, so I gave her my little flip phone # so I could get texts telling me when the truck would be arriving. I like to know in order to move the car off the driveway and onto the grass, so the truck can drive closer to the fence.

I am happy with Superior. Oddly I did just give your name to a new homeowner next door. Ordinarily I would have said "Zero change of recommending" because no one would ask me about propane and because the question was poorly worded you might think I was dissatisfied. I am totally satisfied and happy with Superior. Now after telling that person about you, I can honestly say I will very likely NOT recommend you to anyone else just because not many people have a new need for propane.
