We have a gas stove and gas fireplace which is very efficient. We have had the same service for the past 10 years and they have treated us well. As our HVAC system ages, we plan to upgrade to a propane/electric HVAC system to get the warmer winter heat.

I like the personalized service. My tank is kept full especially during the cold winter weather. I use the gas for hot water, heat for the house, my clothes dryer and stove. If things get too low I can call and get a delivery without much delay. Very dependable. Convenient pay plan and a senior discount.

Before you switched to the new company, Gary and all the service guys were extremely nice. Customer service was excellent. Now you can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. I personally wish you didn’t sell but I know things and times change. Superior so far has been responsive and delivered even I needed. I just wish it were easier to contact. But I would still recommend you to anyone

Unbeknown to us, our propane tank started leaking and ran out of propane before a recent cold streak. Freeman was able to come out to refill just before the weather turned especially bad. Landon was especially helpful as he was somehow able to come out after the tank was refilled and diagnose and resolve the leak the day it was refilled. The service person that refilled the tank, Robbie) was also incredibly helpful and found the leak upon refilling. They were all very helpful to us and we will use their services going forward due to this interaction.
The people in the Ellijay office are friendly, and knowledgeable.
I spoke with Beth about getting our tank refilled. She promised it could take up to two weeks to get out tank refilled... but it got refilled within less than a week! We were so please with how pleasant she was to deal with.. but it was wonderful that our tank was refilled before the storm came and we were warm and cozy during the storm! Thank you you so much!
