The delivery of propane to refill my inground tank was excellent. I have been disappointed in not being able to book gas log maintenance through the call in number to Superior. I ultimately went to the Freeman office in Spartanburg and was able to book service from that location and the technician was on site within a week and did an excellent job. I had been trying to get service through the call in phone number for several months without success.
Delivery was very prompt and the driver was very friendly. Even though I know that it was a very busy day because of the impending storm.

I like the pay by month for the whole year. I like the fact you have a show room, with fireplaces, and other gas appliances. I like that you have a service department. The only problem is that sometimes I run out of gas before the delivery.

Requested my gas tank be filled and on the website it states can take up to 14 days. However the showed up on 2 days after my request.

Honestly Gary our delivery driver is one of the only things that’s kept me as a customer so long through all the company changes. He’s always on time, asks how our family is, and makes sure we are taken care of before he goes. Any time we have had questions about our current setup or anything we want to look at changing, he’s always given us good info. To me, that is worth paying a bit more than the other propane companies in the county. They don’t make them like Gary any more!

Knowledgeable when explaining to us the options available with gas logs and what would work for us. Super fast installation of our new logs. Absolutely love them. We also enjoy the prompt delivery of propane when we request it. I prefer to top off my tank when it reaches the 28 to 30 percent remaining mark. My previous provider made me wait until it was 20 percent or lower. When it gets really cold I don't like the anxiety of my tank running low. Freeman has alleviated that for me.
