I am able to request & pay for services online. I always request a phonecall so that I can put my dogs up, so their will be a safe environment for the driver and my dogs. Always within just a few days of delivery I have my tank filled. I have a long winding bumpy driveway, and the driver is able to back up the driveway perfectly! Overall very pleased with their service.

The delivery people are non-intrusive. The show up, do their jobs, and leave. Quite often we don’t even know they have come and gone.
It’s easy!! All I have to do is look online in my portal and I can easily find the information I’m looking for including the current percentage of propane in my tank. Since the company monitors that number I don’t worry that I will run out.
I like the online option I have now. I’ve always had good service with Freeman Gas.

I dont have to keep up with when to call for fill ups, Freeman does that for me. They send me an advance notice as to when they will be making a delivery. My account is set up on the budget plan with an auto draft each month. Bottom line is, I dont have to keep up with anything because Freeman does it for me.
I know our lane is challenging but your drivers perform wonderfully. And you anticipated our delivery need—so important to do during good weather as our lane becomes impassable during snow events. Thanks, you’re the best!
