Jason is always friendly and very knowledgeable about our gas products. The gas delivery man is friendly and helpful with getting appointments set up.
Now,about the office in Lugoff - I give a score of 1! You have closed the office to walk in people! Also they don’t answer the phone calls. I tried for 3 days to get through to set up an appointment to work on our gas logs. The web site wouldn’t let me log in either! Please open that office back up!

The customer service
Everything except where my delivery bills are left! LOL! The first time it was left on the windshield of a guest's car and blew off in the driveway where it was thankfully found! This time it was left on the front porch step where it could have been blown off and I would not have noticed it! Otherwise your service is great! if possible from now on, could the bill be left hanging on my front door knob?

Have been pleased with the service at the home as well as the office.
Service has been good but the new scheduling method is confusing! I received 3-4 texts this last time, each one with a new delivery date and no communication as to why the first 2-3 scheduled deliveries were delayed.
Never have to worry about anything. Tank is filled regularly and their monthly auto billing makes everything so easy!

The technician that came to service our fireplace was wonderful . He was very thorough and explained a great deal about preventative maintenance. If we were told this when it was installed, maybe we wouldn’t have had this issue.
The frustrating part was getting the service scheduled. It wasn’t until my husband went into the office that someone actually did something to help us get it scheduled. calling customer service and being on hold for 12 minutes is pretty lousy service. Needless to say since superior has bought FREEMAN gas. Customer service has gone out the window.
