Your scheduling department needs WORK!! I called and scheduled a survey, then tank placement, then a tank fill. I did this three weeks out. The Monday came for the survey, a team was sent out to do a leak check, no word on Tuesday, Wednesday the truck came to fill the tank, there was no tank. I sat on hold for 45 minutes on Wednesday to finally get it all sorted out.
The techs that came to my house were true Professionals!!!! The fill truck driver was also a Pro!

The repair technician was wonderful - once he got here - two weeks late! The first appointment was missed all together. Your customer service was awful. After five workdays of waiting for a callback from the first scheduled day, I finally was able to get to a person after 22 minutes on hold.
