Automatic delivery is gret, so we don't have to schedule it. The website allows me to check our fuel level from anywhere. Autopay means we don't worry about mail delivery delays.
Delivered in an emergency when my former supplier would not
The local office staff and delivery workers in Blairsville are great.
However I have been told by more than one that the parent company is ineffective, unprofessional and terrible to communicate with.
That discourages me to continue with Freeman.
May consider a change.

I have been with 2 other Gas companies in this area that after many years have sold out to large companies, both cases fired the office staff and it became online contact. I moved my & tanks to another company, recently you have made your beautiful offices staffed by 1 girl while the others are remote now. So now the office personnel will tell you the phone is nearly useless as they are to busy with all the customers coming in because you can’t get through on the phone. Please believe me that there is real value to your business to have real people locally for customer service. I tip this girl very time I go in because she seems so overwhelmed, she is very professional and does a great job but you can tell. Please keep people in the office, i am completely satisfied with Superior at this time.
