The two gentlemen who installed the tank did an awesome job. They were very friendly and helpful. They adjusted our Rinai water heater to make sure it's set up for the elevation our house is located at.
Response to refill gas tank is quick and often it is not necessary to call when we are low on gas because when in our neighborhood , Freeman will automatically check the tank and fill!

We have been a long time customer. I have not had any issues with delivery or billing. The drivers when they deliver are very courteous. Once we had an issue on our property and they were very instrumental in directing us as to how we needed to resolve the issue.
