They came out and fixed a problem that caused us not to have heat on a very cold day I mean very cold it cause moisture to free up our tank line right after we moved in on a Saturday I believe it was we’ve been wthebthis company since I believe 1985 been very helpful though the years.
Pros: Automate tank check and delivery of propane. Never have run out yet.
Cons: Charge each year about $ 100 or more for not using the alloted amount of propane. When I signed up I said I would only be using for my fireplace during colder weather.
I’ve seen lots of social media posts about how the service has gone downhill. I did have a challenge in December getting a delivery when the system was showing 10%. This time, though I preemptively scheduled a delivery when it was at 34%, knowing that it would take a few weeks. Everything worked great though.
John and Rob came to put in a propane line for a generator that powers solar batteries. John created some of the most impressive gadgets to put on the ends of the line and We are in awe of his talent!
They did such an awesome job we are trying to think of something else for them to do!

Courteous delivery drivers and office personnel. Some issues with new company when I call the 800 number.
Service was great. I am a new customer, I told them I was out of gas with my previous provider and they were out the next day putting in my new tank and gas.

It took me a while to find out that the Brevard office was closed, and I needed to deal with cashiers.
I love the staff at Freeman Gas in Cashiers NC. They are responsive and ready to help when I can finally reach them. I do not like their phone lines being taken over by corporate.

From the front office to the guys who came out and set up my tank and the guy who came and filled my tank everything went so smooth and fast. I really like how the guys who set my tank up took time to wash it before they left they are awesome! Best gas company I've ever worked with hands down!

Superior Gas is the best! Here in North Georgia we had a major winter storm and tens of thousands of homes lost power. Freeman Gas of Ellijay worked diligently to restore gas to all customers in a timely manner. Yesterday I got my delivery and the driver, AL was fantastic! Thank you for the excellent customer service.
