The gentleman who came out to make sure all of our gas appliances and fireplaces was very thorough. He showed me how to turn everything on and off. He did not rush and made sure I understood what he was saying. Very professional, courteous and helpful.

I do not get scheduled refills for my propane I call them when I need it and they have always responded and delivered within a day ot two and if I ran completely out even though it would be my own fault the will immediately deliver. If you need service work the guys are knowledgeable and do a good job.
