My negative is how hard it is to reach on bad weather coming weeks.
Excellent experience overall, but it was a bit frustrating not knowing when to expect our tank to be delivered. Perhaps have the techs contact people by phone to let them know when they're going to do the deliveries of both the tanks and the propane.
