During the recent winter storms, both snow and ice storms, I was able to get a rep on the phone to order propane. My wait time was an hour on hold, not through any fault of Freeman, but due to high call volume. The rep was very kind and courteous with Superior (Freeman), despite having back to back calls coming at her non-stop. It took a couple weeks for delivery, but I was not in critical need and stated such when I ordered. Kudos to them for literally weathering the storm(s) and getting needed supplies to so many customers.

They’re prompt most of the time when we call for a tank refill as we are not on watchdog service.
My tank is 3.6 miles off pavement. I do not use a significant amount of LP. I've only been serviced four times in the last six years. And still, you are willing to do business with me.
Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant
I like the auto fill option, however, I thought it would wait till the tank was closer to empty. I only needed 31 gallons. Hate they had to make a trip for that.

First of all, I can’t say enough good things. Jerry, who delivered our propane was so nice and professional. He is a breath of fresh air and so positive and kind even though I know how busy all of your staff has been. Randy, who is a manager, has always been so kind and helpful, as well. I had worked with him during the RB’s Gas days. When I reach out, he always answers any questions.

I’m extremely happy with the customer service since it became Superior. Specifically, Kay, who worked extra hard to get my bill adjusted when I was billed for an emergency call by accident.
She really went to bat for me. And her supervisor, whom I did not speak with directly, must’ve been very understanding of my situation because she/he did reverse the emergency charge.
I’m truly so grateful. Thank you for actually helping and being human.
