Jennifer is a real professional - thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She scheduled swapping my propane tank and told me everything I needed to know. The day of the appointment Matthew arrived on time and ready to go to work. He completed the work and went over what I needed to know in a timely and professional manner. Shortly afterwards Brian came to fill the tank and also worked efficiently and professionally.

I love the way propane heats my home. I like the fact that you automatically know when to put in more propane. I appreciate that I can do installment payments. Since being retired it is easier to pay my bill. Anytime someone had to come and check my set up for the propane, they have been very helpful on little tips for lighting the fire.Or just keeping the pilot light on very low.Which makes it so much easier for me to turn the heat on. Just keep up the good service.I so appreciate being warm when it gets so cold. Much warmer than a heat pump.Thank you.

Everyone at Stallings is friendly and helpful and their website allows me to prepay for LP and just place an order. I also had repair service from them a few months ago to replace the copper LP line that was cracked underground during some large tree removal service when the contractor's heavy equipment rolled over it, and that repair was very quickly done even though I'd already turned off the LP valve. That line had undoubtedly been there for decades, and I was surprised to see that the new line came with a hard outer sleeve/jacket to protect it from happening again. You learn something new every day!
I am so grateful to this company and will say that they are completely honest with their services. I'd had a harrowing experience with the company I used before Stallings with their rigid "keep filled" policy and their shady skimming on the account. After the switch, I immediately saw a significant decrease in my winter LP expense.
If you are reading this and suspect something isn't right, manage your thermostat consistently so the usage remains consistent, know the size of your tank, pay attention to your LP usage by reading your tank once a week in winter, and keep your delivery receipts. Simple math. The only variable out of your control is the weather, but this is one household expense that becomes predictable if you monitor it. They can't possibly put more in there than it is designed to hold.
