I have a great customer service experience on 8/25/26 when a field rep came out to check for a leak at my property. He had to come two times for a potential gas leak. He was knowledgeable, patient and courteous.

Service... The gentleman who filled the tank called me to double check we wanted the tank filled. It was obvious to him that the house was not occupied. I think he was worried he was at the wrong house. I explained the situation, and he was so helpful and polite! We actually had a great conversation!
