Online app allows me to see how much propane is left in the tank and very convenient to order delivery on the app. They were very timely due to the impending ice storm. Also easy to pay the bill through the app. And the delivery guy was very nice!

The installation team was great what I don’t like is you have to go through automated system to speak with someone it’s ridiculous I am on hold so long every time and usually have to call back repeatedly

Very easy to order from website, quick delivery. The only thing I don't like is they no longer leave a receipt on your door like they used to do so I didn't even realize they had come until I just happened to check the tank. But great service, thank you

The service for gas delivery are quick and on time. I don't have to worry about running out of gas because if I am low they will try to make sure I don't run out.

I am a new customer and set up my service in late December. There appears to have been a miscommunication about my safety check and automatic refill. When the storm was approaching this week I called and spoke to someone in your call center. His attitude was that it was to bad if my tank was on empty and that they would schedule my safety check which was never done sometime in the next 10 days and would not fill my tank until that was done. I drove from Florida to Ellijay the next day because I was so concerned about my home having no heat with an ice storm approaching. I went to the office in Ellijay with the thought that I would cancel my service due to poor customer service but was met with the opposite by the people in your office. Tammy listened to my story then took me to Victoria who immediately got Mike to come out and do the inspection. Mike helped me understand how my furnace and fireplace worked and patiently answered all my questions. My tank was filled the next morning. Because of the excellent customer care these 3 employees gave me I am now a customer for life.

Your services were great when I got to speak to someone in person. I called and was on hold for 34 minutes so I drove to the Hendersonville office and spoke with a very nice lady who helped me. You also were able to fill my tank up for my house generator before the ice storm which meant so much to me and my family.
