I'm familiar with this company because of a friend's recommendation. It took me a while to get the services but then we moved along. Rather quickly. The person who came out was very professional. He explained each step and showed me the app on my phone and how to. Use it .
My tank was low right before a huge ice storm with power failures was expected in my area. I called and could not get anyone on the phone due to the high call volume. (I'm sure lots of other people were also calling in preparation for the storm.) I put through an online request. I figured no one would be able to come out in time but you all sent someone within 24 hours which I thought was very impressive, given the circumstances. The temperature is supposed to get down into the teens at night for the next week so I am so thankful for the quick gas delivery!
They responded within 2 days once I emailed them for fuel prior to an ice storm !
Could not get anyone on phone; waited over 30 minutes with no reply. Then registered at main site and was not allowed to submit a service request (tried twice). Then went in person to your local office in Roebuck, sc. lovely customer service woman put in our what was supposed to be automatic refill request and we got it the next day, prior to the threat of a huge winter storm. So, your local service is great, otherwise phone and online, not very good.
Prompt response and quick delivery. Had used more propane than expected on your app. Asked for delivery asap and your company came through.

Everyone we've dealt with at Freeman has been great from the office staff, the guys that installed our tank and gas logs, and the delivery drivers. We just returned from a trip 3 days ago, right before the big ice storm that's about to hit. Our tank was low, so I placed an order online not expecting to get it until after the storm had passed and the roads were clear again. To our surprise, the truck pulled up very late the next day (yesterday) to deliver our order and the driver was as nice and friendly as everyone else we had contact with over the years.
We were so happy to receive the gas we ordered ahead of the storm. The men that delivered were nice & courteous! Thank you!

Order propane on Tuesday with the icestorm pending for the weekend and received the deliver Thurday morning which was great service prior to the storm.
The only negitive since your buyout of Freeman is extra $100 charge on our tank lease for not ordering more propane on a regular time frame. Are primary use is for cooking. Have not been using our two gas log fireplaces due to the previous mild winters. Poor customer relations for a company buyout and new customer.
